RIN GO MY WAY

Summary of the Vision

The ultimate goal is a “gentle world.”
A world with a social structure where one’s own claims and those of others can be understood and accepted.
To create a world that is kind to others.

Currently, the world has a structure prone to conflict.
In response to conflicts, the world is becoming more bloc-based, and the defense sector is expanding, strengthening self-defense and the protection of one’s own camp.
Moreover, the application of market principles to society has resulted in a competitive society that produces many dropouts, leads to the inactivation of the social periphery, and creates social distortions in the name of efficiency from the perspective of competition.
Sales methods that control empathy, layoffs, and other social issues undermine autonomy.
In addition, states do not properly fulfill social contracts, allow human rights violations, and operate societies in a way that makes the problems of competitive society invisible.

The solution is a “creative society” and a “complementary society”, with a social structure that emphasizes creativity.
The creative society is an alternative to the competitive society: efficiency is pursued from the perspective of human creativity, but not with the goal of maximizing profit.

The idea is to spread this way of thinking—which fosters flexibility and expansion of human thought—through thought training throughout society.

The complementary society rescues victims of human rights violations abandoned by the government, and establishes welfare where the government cannot reach.
It accompanies the target person to solve problems and provide support.
However, Japan’s system does not allow money to flow to the lower classes, and most people in need of welfare live relying on incomplete systems of the national or local governments, and thus are not in a sufficient environment.

What I want to do is to establish a creativity-specialized enterprise that makes money autonomously, supports grassroots movements and activities involved in welfare, and obtains permission to create clone organizations for expansion and broader operations.

The creative enterprise will have four top members with command authority, who make decisions by consensus, but there will be one absolute decision-maker, the representative director, who usually plays a supporting role and respects the consensus decisions.
The top members should be able to maintain their own claims and understand those of others—ideally, someone of the “Pakkun type” or “Yu Miri type”.
The lower structure will consist of multiple teams of four members, operating autonomously as horizontal networks.
However, governance should be top-down.

The management philosophy is: to have love, to be sincere, to be social, to be cultural.
These are left to the interpretation of each member to guarantee their individuality and autonomy.
Members are required to think with intrinsic motivation, not out of a need for self-affirmation.
This is because the organization requires both cooperation and diversity.

Members will use and learn skills on their own, generate ideas, create products and services, make profits, and also solve social problems in welfare and the periphery.
Both profit-making and problem-solving are the two main axes.

Working hours will be six hours of actual work and two hours of breaks, and in addition to internal activities, self-actualization is encouraged.

Either an office-based or remote model is acceptable.
My current idea is to operate mainly remotely, with each team having a dedicated Discord space for discussion, idea generation, and decision-making.
Regularly, members will gather at cafes or family restaurants to relax and review or confirm the content of their decisions.

Among the desired members are HSPs (Highly Sensitive Persons), as I regard sensitivity as a high-performance antenna for society; it is important to create an environment where HSPs can work comfortably.

It would also be good to have creative poets, people with disabilities who have real-life experience with problems, intelligent people and those who are not—this is to value diversity.
Ideologically, both conservatives and liberals are welcome.
